Events at the California Science Center

Jason George Events is on the California Science Center's preferred caterer list, and has cooked about four events a year there for the past five years, for a range of clients.

At one of them, a seated gala, guests took their seats beneath the Space Shuttle Endeavour, at round tables dressed with blue and white flowers.

The evening opened with canapés topped with caviar and cocktails from the bar. Then came the plated courses — steak with asparagus and a bright sauce — from a kitchen led by Chef Jason Fullilove.

And it ended the way the best nights do: with a room full of guests raising a glass.
